How to order?

Personalization is our concept so all of our products are listed piece by piece. Design your own lucky charm by picking you own charms one by one. To order a complete finished accessory, you need to order all basic part. For example, the Classic style bracelet needs the charms, a closure claps and most importantly a base. Please refer to step-by-step tutorial below on ‘How to order’ according to each style we offer.

         

When can i receive my order?

Our processing time is not more than 5 days, so you may expect your finished item to reach you within a week. We will try our best to process and ship your order quickly depend on our order volume. You will receive an email notification along with the courier tracking code upon shipment of your item.

What is the payment method that you accept?

We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal account and online banking transfer (Maybank, CIMB Bank, AmBank, Public Bank, HongLeong Bank, Bank Islam). All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

What is the shipping cost? Do you ship internationally?

We shipped from Sabah, Malaysia. And yes we ship our products worldwide. All orders are shipped via PosLaju Malaysia (EMS for international shipment). The shipping cost is depend on the delivery destination and based on the table below. We also offer free shipping if your order reaches a certain amount. Tracking code will be provided upon shipment.

Can we buy the charms only?

Yes, just inform us. You may buy the charms or any other products in or store, without assemble into a complete accessories. We understand that some people prefer to DIY or just want to add the charms to their existing favourite accessories. Jump rings will be provided for the Classic charms.
